Well, so my favorite meal is typical here in Argentina. It's called empanadas, and my favorite type of empanadas are meat empanadas. So my family owned a pizza shop when I was little, and I would have them all the time. So when I have them now, it's like going back to when I was a kid. So it consists of making a filling, which has meat in it, and you put that in a dough. The dough can then go fried or in the oven, which is my preference for about, I think, half an hour, 45 minutes. And then when you eat it, you can add a little bit of sugar to it to have a salty and sugary taste in it.
And I absolutely love them.
