Hi, my name is Diana, and I’m Colombia, and the question is what is your favorite cuisine other than your country’s?

I really enjoy East Asian cuisine. I would say specifically Thai cuisine, and Vietnamese maybe, but not much spice for me because I’m not that used to it. Colombian cuisine doesn’t have that much spice. It’s more than anything salty I guess. It would be the right way to describe it, so I’m not that used to spices, but I do love the way that they combine natural flavors - what I consider to be natural flavors like fish, vegetables and different kinds of rice. That’s what I really enjoy about East Asian cuisine. Thanks.
