Hello, everyone. My name is David and I'm from Kenya. Now, the question I'm gonna focus on is do I worry about my weight?

Yes, I do worry about my weight. I worry when it goes too high or too low. I like exercising and by doing so, that keep me in check so I really don't have to worry so much about my weight cause I'm putting an effort to make my body healthy by exercising and eating the right food but at times when my weight just goes overboard I really try and do everything to bring it down. That's when I start to worry, when my weight goes overboard, I swell everywhere so, yeah, I really do worry about my weight.
